YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CNAS; ADMINISTERING MEDICATIONS/ ASSESSING RESIDENTS FOR ACUTE ISSUES/ DAILY ASSESSMENTS; SKIN ASSESSMENTS/WOUND CARE; CARE PLANS ETC.
Qualifications:
- 1 YEAR LONG TERM CARE
- PCC EXPERIENCE
- Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF AND FAMILIES
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
